In some browsers, up to date content and elements may not be updated when you view website that you have previously visited until you clear your browser's cache. This is because your web browser, and may times your ISP, saves a copy of the content and elements on the webpage from the last viewing.  This is done to try to save you time, and the ISP bandwidth, by attempting to load from the saved pages you've visited before rather than downloading the reloaded content and elements. Clearing your cache will allow the up to date materials to be downloaded so that you will view the current website and not old data.

In Firefox

click the History menu in the upper left of the desktop screen, then choose clear recent history. When clearing recent history set the time frame to everything and then have a check mark next to cache and click clear now. Once done refresh your page and all elements should now show as intended.

In Safari

click the History menu in the upper left of the desktop screen, from there choose clear history from the drop down menu and then select clear.

In Internet Explorer

click the gear icon at the right side of your browsing window, then click safety. From here select delete browsing history, you only need to check Temporary Internet files, leave other boxes unchecked. Click delete and your cache will be cleared.

In Google Chrome

click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar, select tools and then clear browsing data. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove in this case the Cached images and files box. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data you want to delete, select the beginning of time to delete everything. Click Clear browsing data to complete the process and clear your cache.
