The fastest resource for course content questions may be our forums either here at the Helpdesk or in your Breakroom.
If you have a question about what you are learning (course content) and can't find the answer in the forums you can either post your question here or you can question your instructor privately. You can contact him or her directly through your course or email us at <helpdesk@oltraining.net> and we will forward your question.
