If you are taking a pre-licensing course you have to complete the Grade Submittal form and submit it to us in order to formally end your course. If you require assistance please call our office between 8:00am and 5:00PM EST toll free at 866-357-0841 (Local 561-283-0333)

Steps

1 & 2:

Login (done) and select your course from the course overview menu.

Step 3:

To reach the form click on the Course completion affidavit and Grade Submittal Form either:

• Click on go to This Course at the top of the screen and select the last item under Sections (this jumps you to the bottom of your course)
  
• Click on it in the Navigation Menu on the left side of your screen
  
• or scroll to the bottom of the course's Welcome page and select it from within the course outline.
  

Step 4:

You must check the boxes at the top of the form. Read the statements and check the boxes to confirm your understanding.

Step 5:

• Fill out the form with your personal information. (much of it will be pre-filled for you).
  
• Please verify your name and complete address match your driver's license, and that your phone number is correct.

This information to report your completion to the state and mail the certificate of completion to you.

Step 6:

Click the "Submit My Grades" button at the bottom of the form.
After doing that you will be taken to a thank you screen that shows the information you submitted.

Our compliance department processes Grade Submittals as soon as we receive them, in the order that they come in. For most pre-licensing courses the college you enrolled with or OLT will submit your grades directly to the state and send you your certificate. If you took a Designation course that waives the state exam you will be sent the certificate of completion directly and are required by state law to submit it to the state yourself.
