How do I add a contact in my Messages

We will enter frequent questions and their responses here for quick reference.

When you are in messages you should see near the bottom of the screen an option / button for messages and next to it one for contacts.
If you click on contacts you can search for the name of the person you wish to contact and
Once his or her name comes up you can click on the name or image of the person and you will see part of the profile and also the option to add her/him as a contact.
If you already have messages from that person you can click on their name in messages, and then at the top of the screen click on their name again.You will see part of the profile and also the option to add her/him as a contact.
