How old must a person be to obtain a General Lines License?

At least 18 years old and must be a citizen or legal residence of the USA.

Must be a citizen or legal residence of the United States.

Not more than 50% of income must be derived from business of the applicant's or family's interest or other organization in which the applicant is associated or interested. Also known as "controlled business".

Have a place of business in the State, will actively engage in business, and maintain a place of business identifiable and accessible to the public.
