Please refer to the instructions in your course for specific details.

At the bottom of each of our courses which requires a Certificate of Completion is a section which includes a Course Completion Affidavit and Grade Submittal Form.  In Most cases ou must fill out this form in order to get your certificate.

Certificates are usually issued automatically by the course upon completion of requirements (passing score, complete affidavit etc.) If you don't see your certificate in your email, you should be able to download a copy directly from your course.

There are a couple of courses which still require us to create the certificate manually after verifying your completion.  In those cases it will be emailed within a few days of the completion.

Check your email, and spam or trash to verify your receipt.
